Locate the gap before selecting a seal

Describe whether air enters along the jamb, between paired doors or below the leaf. Flattened brush strips and split rubber can be visible clues, but an uneven frame or misaligned door may be the underlying issue. Existing profiles and retaining channels matter when matching replacement material.

Keep the entrance moving properly

A seal that is too thick can make closing or latching difficult. Door sweeps must suit the threshold and available clearance. Review the closer and alignment alongside sealing work. Water entry may involve drainage, joints or the wider storefront; replacing a sweep is not a guaranteed remedy for every leak.
